The Artist:
C. George

C. George's grandfather introduced him to horses at an early age and taught him of his heritage: a physical and spiritual relationship with animals and nature. His reverence for this heritage has grown throughout his life and the depth of this appreciation is painted on each canvas as his brush strokes depict the western way of life. Without formal training he developed his style through trial and error and in 1983, with demands for his art increasing, his art became a full time endeavor. His works have found homes throughout the U.S. and around the world. Some T.V. programs and Publications have stamped him as one of the finest Western Artist in America today.

"The Painting is great. You flatter me. It will hang in a special place in my home" Garth Brooks, Country Singer
"To be involved in art is to be involved in an
adventurean intellectual and spiritual search for inspiration. In visual art one
must be silent, yet speak and sing; one must be still, yet move and dance. The spirit must
be alive.
Art is a universal language: our spirits soar. We are more aware of our own humanity when
we are touched by a work of art. Art keeps us human and connected with the human race,
past and present. I feel privileged that my work is as an artist."
